Your Brain, Your Body, Your Meditation

The above two are on meditation and is an important lesson in science of the mind and brain.
A simple technique for you to do is close your eyes, breathe in and mentally say “inhale.” Then exhale and mentally say the word “exhale.

Do this science experiment for 5 minutes. set a timer do this now.

Pick a random talk from the CC on youtube. Watch the talk and then do independent research on that subject, also, study the geography of the area. Draw a map and label it, along with an essay of what you learned about.
