What is something that scares you a little? What is something that is scary, but you need to do it? (doing the dishes doesn’t count)


Think of something that you’d like to do but have a little bit of fear. Then do it, then do it several more times. (This is science/psychology)

Using the Scientific method, formulate a hypothesis and then create a chart to document this. Also, there are mental/energetic things we can do to release those fears if you want me to help with that.

Next, perform 1 rep. of each of the healing sounds, then 5 minutes of silent meditation. (or more on the meditation)

Finally, finish the coding project, today!
