There is a documentary on Netflix called ‘Hungry for change.’ Please watch that this morning and take notes to either fact check or research things of interest. (Science, nutrition,biology)

Science experiment: (TRACK YOUR DATA! This means create data, then TRACK it).

Create a hypothesis on In-fared light and its effects on skin. For 20 minutes per day turn on the lights that I bought (red bulbs). Close your eyes and sit about 2 feet away. Good time to meditate!

Take a picture of your face on day 1, then do this daily for 2 weeks, taking a picture at times through out and at the end. Label the pictures.

Determine if you notice any changes.
